Commercial Redevelopment – Westlake, Ohio

This 91,000 sq. ft. project consisted of a complete interior and exterior reconstruction. The work included replacement of mechanical systems, new windows, updated stonework, brick staining, and full canopy reconstruction. Exterior site improvements also featured excavation and restoration of the retention pond. This project reflects Buckeye Construction’s expertise in large-scale commercial redevelopment and attention to detail from start to finish.

School Gym Addition – Cleveland, Ohio

This 9,000 sq. ft. ground-up project expanded an existing school that previously used its cafeteria for gym classes. Buckeye Construction built a brand-new gymnasium featuring a full basketball court, an office, and two restrooms. A mezzanine was also added above the office and restrooms, providing a great vantage point overlooking the court. This project highlights our team’s ability to deliver high-quality, functional spaces that enhance student life and community engagement.

Anytime Fitness Build-Out – Huntingdon, Pennsylvania

This 9,162 sq. ft. interior reconstruction project transformed a vacant commercial space into a fully equipped Anytime Fitness center. Buckeye Construction installed new underground plumbing and utilities, framed new walls for offices, tanning rooms, restrooms, and a training classroom. The project also included knee walls for treadmills, as well as all-new flooring, finishes, and branded graphics. This renovation reflects Buckeye’s ability to deliver modern, functional fitness spaces designed for performance and comfort.

Avon Place Reconstruction – Avon, Ohio

This 10,870 sq. ft. reconstruction project followed severe storm damage that compromised the roof and interior of the building’s west wing. After roof replacement and remediation, Buckeye Construction restored the space from top to bottom — installing new drywall, ceiling tile, paint, base, and refinishing the existing floors. The team also replaced damaged rooftop HVAC units and electrical systems to ensure full functionality. This project showcases Buckeye’s expertise in delivering high-quality restoration and reconstruction work with efficiency and precision.

Roses Build-Out – Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Buckeye Construction completed the full interior renovation of an existing retail space of 43,000 SF. The project involved a complete demolition down to the exterior walls, followed by a comprehensive white box build-out that included new restrooms, office spaces, and the full store layout. Once construction was finished, the tenant installed all fixtures and equipment. This project showcases Buckeye’s ability to deliver efficient, turnkey retail spaces ready for immediate occupancy.

Five Below Build-Out – DuBois, Pennsylvania

This project involved the complete interior redevelopment of an existing retail space, where Buckeye Construction performed a full demolition down to the exterior walls. The team completed a full white box build-out, including new restrooms, office spaces, and the overall store footprint. Once construction was complete, the tenant installed all final fixtures and equipment. Family Farm & Home Remodel – Bellefontaine, Ohio

This 38,230 sq. ft. interior reconstruction project transformed a former JCPenney and two adjoining vacant spaces into a new Family Farm & Home retail store. Buckeye Construction completed extensive upgrades including new underground plumbing, utilities, structural masonry, interior framing, drywall, painting, and polished concrete floors. The result is a fully modernized retail space built to meet the brand’s operational and customer experience standards.

Michaels – Lancaster, Ohio
Located near Columbus, this 20,913-square-foot project was a complete interior build-out for Michaels. The work featured a spacious sales floor, new back-of-house warehouse, offices, and polished concrete flooring throughout. Exterior improvements included the addition of a new truck dock with a steel canopy and a full roof replacement for the space — delivering a finished product that’s both functional and visually impressive.
