Arcola Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility – Madison, Ohio
Buckeye Construction completed the 71,000-square-foot new construction of the Arcola Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility in Madison, Ohio. This state-of-the-art healthcare facility was built from the ground up, featuring all-new utilities, footers, block foundation, framing, roofing, interior finishes, and complete MEP systems. Designed for comfort, accessibility, and long-term care, Arcola Creek provides a modern and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Estimated completion: Spring 2026.

Village Crossing BMV – Evandale, Ohio

Buckeye Construction completed a build-out for the Village Crossing BMV, delivering a modern and efficient space designed to serve the community’s needs. The project included new customer service areas, updated office spaces, improved queuing and waiting areas, and upgraded finishes throughout. Careful coordination and execution ensured a streamlined construction process and a high-quality result tailored to operational functionality and public accessibility.

Estimated completion: Winter 2026.

 Ollie's Bargain Outlet – DuBois, PA

Buckeye Construction completed the 29,000-square-foot build-out for Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. The project included dividing an existing 54,000-square-foot space to create two separate stores, along with construction of new public restrooms featuring updated fixtures and underground plumbing.

Additional work included renovations to the break room and manager’s office, construction of a new cash office with the store’s operational “red board” system, and extensive upgrades throughout the sales floor and stockroom. Improvements encompassed new sanitary lines, polished concrete flooring, electrical service upgrades, fire alarm installation, new ductwork, garage doors, exterior canopies, a service ramp, and new doors and hardware throughout.
