Arcola Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility – Madison, Ohio
Buckeye Construction completed the 71,000-square-foot new construction of the Arcola Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility in Madison, Ohio. This state-of-the-art healthcare facility was built from the ground up, featuring all-new utilities, footers, block foundation, framing, roofing, interior finishes, and complete MEP systems. Designed for comfort, accessibility, and long-term care, Arcola Creek provides a modern and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Estimated completion: Spring 2026.

Fairfax Place – Cleveland, Ohio
Buckeye Construction completed a phased interior remodel of the existing Fairfax Place nursing home in Cleveland, Ohio. The project included new finishes throughout resident areas, updated shower rooms, and a newly constructed laundry room. Careful planning and execution allowed the facility to remain operational during renovations, ensuring a smooth transition to a refreshed, comfortable, and modern environment for residents and staff. Estimated completion: Fall/Winter 2025.
